Separate various material from munitions and fragments Safely
Flipscreens are used is many part of the world to extract land mines and cluster munitions. Its been reported to FlipScreen that utilising the attachment has proved to be more successful than using traditional flails as flails tent to push some of the mines down and leave them behind.
There are two main methods of clearing landmines using a flipscreen. One is to use bull dozers to wind row or stockpile suspect material followed by a flipscreen on a loader, working its way though pile – creating cleaned and removing ordinance.
The other method is to scoop an area directly in front of the loader, then reverse and the clean material is screened directly back into the hole. Repeat this process by moving forward and scooping again.
Landmines and cluster munitions never damage the barrel of the flipscreen as it is made from super high tensile steel.
Enhances safety in war effected hazardous zones: FlipScreen enables safe separation of soil from landmines, making safe pathways for traffic and clearing large areas.
Accelerates hazard clearance: Efficient screening speeds up the de-mining process, allowing land to be restored and repurposed quickly.
Reduces manual labour exposure: By automating soil separation, Flipscreen lessens the need for manual handling in dangerous conditions.
Delivers consistent, repeatable results: Its reliable operation ensures uniform screening across varying soil types and contamination levels.
During operations involving the screening of landmines, varying materials large slabs of concrete, rocks and other debre can be incorporated with ease without doing any damage to the FlipsScreen
Supports post-conflict land recovery: Perfect for restoring environments in warzones and former conflict areas, FlipScreen aids in reclaiming land for safe civilian use.
