Screen Overburden, Ore, Coal or other Tailings Efficiently
In mining, efficient material handling can significantly affect productivity and profitability. Flipscreen allows mining operations to screen overburden, ore, coal or other tailings directly at the site, separating fine materials from large rocks or debris. This reduces load on downstream processing equipment and ensures consistent feedstock quality.
The WL1200 and WL3000 mining flipscreens are revolutiosing the minng industry by delivering an exact material size and therefore eliminating primary crusher blockages. The industry standard for adequate material grade is referred to as P80. This means that 80% of the particle size is within specification and 20% is potentially detrimental from thoughput. Using the wl1200 and wl3000 the result fed into the primaries is what we call P100.
In many instantced in mines most of whats referred to as unscheduled stoppages are infact blaockages in the primary caused by oversize.
these are expressed as percentages as low as 4% and as high as 11.6%.
|in the lower case the losses may be as low as 70 million dollars per annum and in the higher cases these losses can go into the hundreds of millions of dollars per annum.
These machines screen out from 1000 tons to 2009 tonnes an hours.
Screens overburden, ore, or tailings directly at the extraction site, improving efficiency and reducing reliance on stationary infrastructure.
Reduces haulage and downstream processing costs by separating fines from oversized material early in the workflow.
Increases yield by recovering more usable material, directly boosting profitability and resource efficiency.
Minimises wear and tear on processing equipment, extending machinery life while cutting maintenance expenses.
Supports environmental compliance and site rehabilitation by lowering waste volumes and enhancing material sorting accuracy.
Built for continuous, heavy-duty use, with essentially indestructible components while utilising a robust drive system suited to harsh mining conditions.
