A FlipScreen attachment on the front of a loader has a much more expansive mesh area than what is found on a large portable screener. The FlipScreen uses the high horsepower of the loader’s diesel engine and hydraulic system to carry out the full screening process. On a WL280, material runs across a 107 sqft mesh and then fully inverted once every 2.8 seconds - making it faster than any “portable screener”. This process is powered by its 43000nm of torque produced by the FlipScreen’s hydraulic drive motors.
